I’m a Creative Director, Producer and Operator. I’m usually brought in when the brief is still loose, the stakeholders are not aligned, or the work needs one person to connect the idea to delivery.

I set the direction, make the calls that keep the work moving, and build the team, budget, vendor plan and production system around it. I stay close through revisions, approvals, launch and the last problem nobody planned for.
